i have been on bio identical hormones for just under a year they upped by estrogen level of my inserts in dec. (we get an insert every 3 months,) now for the last 3 wks i have been bleeding with clots ,they upped my progest sublingal med i take daily from 100 to 400 and it hasnt made any difference, i am nearly at end of the 3 month insert so one would think the level would be wearing off anyway, but yet the docs there say it must be the estrogen is still to high from the insert., what should i do, is this normal,
